Pottery Demonstrations with visiting artists

As part of the 20/20 Vision Ceramics Symposia & Invitational Exhibit, visiting ceramic artists Josh DeWeese (Montana State University), Liz Zacher (Ohio State University), and Ted Adler (Wichita State University) are demonstrating wheel throwing, hand built ceramic forms and thrown and altered vessels at the Canvas on Nov. 8th between 11am and 2pm. Drop by the Canvas to see these artists at work and join in the conversations prompted by the demonstrations.

Family Game Day

Bring supplies you’d like to contribute to the cause, and walk away with an art inspired mastermind of your own! We’ll have classic examples on hand, like chess, Twister, Scrabble (and many more) available to play!

Live music, no-host bar and 100 lamps for sale! This event is a fundraiser for the Canvas. Stop for a glass of wine or sparkling lemonade and hors d’ouvres after work or later in the evening for a dessert wine. Listen to instrumental music and find lamps to give all your friends and family this holiday season.

Third Thursday Music - November

In November, classical guitarist Dan Hopson and Songwriter Travis Croteau will perform live music for Third Thursday. Pie in the Sky will open by 6:30 for the evening, so you can settle in and enjoy a treat to live music. Pay as you can: proceeds from the door go to musicians.
